-
What does Bioreset mean at Swarayu?
Phased unwinding of stuck metabolic and digestive patterns — clinical Ayurveda plus nutrition — so we’re not chasing isolated symptoms with isolated prescriptions.
-
What is AyurCare vs NutriVeda?
AyurCare is in-clinic classical Ayurveda when your case needs therapies like Panchakarma and herbal protocols. NutriVeda is therapeutic food planning for metabolism and digestion — often blended with AyurCare when that fits your story.
-
Is Panchakarma for everyone?
Not always. We assess whether your body is ready, what the goal is, and what you can sustain afterward — then recommend depth and timing. Sometimes nutrition and rhythm come first.
-
Will I have to take medicines forever?
Goal-oriented care: we build stability with food, rhythm, and classical therapy where needed — and discuss tapering when your body supports it. Honest boundaries, not false promises.
-
How should I prepare for a first visit?
Bring recent reports if you have them, a typical week’s meal pattern, sleep and stress notes, and your main concern in one sentence. We use that to map priority, not to judge.
-
Do you work online?
Yes. Many plans blend Bangalore visits with online follow-ups so continuity doesn’t break when life gets busy.
-
Do you only treat chronic conditions?
We see both long-standing and early warning patterns — the thread is always root-cause clarity and a plan you can keep, not a quick template.
